• Permission is not required to link to my fic, for purposes including but not limited to fanfic reviews, whether positive or negative; show, character, or situation archives which list links to the stories in question; or to answer story searches on bulletin boards, on mailing lists, or in chat rooms; or to provide an example when explaining a grammar issue or writing technique.

• I have posted my fic to some mailing groups. That fic is therefore in yahoo archives as a result. It is there with my permission. Those groups include JCFicHaven, JCFicHaven_All, VoyagerRomance, EMH/7, SJFic, Chakotayfest, and Willow-Kennedy.
• I have uploaded a few of my fics to ffnet (http://www.fanfiction.net). They are there under my name and are in my control.
• I have fic at Heliopolis (http://www.sg1-heliopolis.com), the Stargate SG-1 archive. It is there under my name, and within my control.
• My Buffyverse fic is also found at Season2Ep14 (http://www.season2ep14.net/). It is there under my name and is under my control.
• I have uploaded my Roswell fic to Alien Blast (http://alienblast.9ug.com/fic/eFiction1.1/index.php). It is there under my name and is under my control.
• A very small number of my fics are on Trekiverse, as a result of posting to the related mailing list.
• I have given permission to Kriszta to translate and post my fic in Hungarian on w3.enternet.hu and she has presented it in a manner which I find very acceptable.
• I have linked some of my fanfic to the Trek Writer's Guild website under the name "Lynn K. Joris" -- those links lead to my home site. I have given permission for my fic to be linked at the JC Index, the JCVille Library, the J/C Episode Addition Indix, the EMH/7 Archive, and a number of contest sites. I have also posted links to my site on a number of message boards. Links that lead to any of my site content are always welcome.
• What is not welcome is to have my fic cut and pasted into another format and reposted on any website, or distributed in any form, without my express permission. I have not given permission to anyone to distribute my fic on CD-ROM. This is a violation of my copyright and, if money exchanges hands, it is also a violation of Paramount's rights.
• All of my fic is always available at my site. If you'd like to print it out for your own enjoyment, please do. There's a print button right there on your browser, and I've already formatted the page to print without graphics, links, or feedback forms which would otherwise waste your valuable paper.
• If you'd like to save my fic to your hard drive, or to a CD-ROM, for your own enjoyment, please do. It is available free of charge. Please do not pay anyone to do this for you.
• If you'd like copies of my fic on CD-ROM or in print, and do not wish to burn or print these things yourself, please email me and I will make arrangements to meet your needs.
